Our expertise at your service
Specifically trained advisers are dedicated to the implementation of the European Solidarity Corps programme. They have a clear vision of the scheme, of the expectations of the young people involved as well as of the employers and of the actions that need to be taken. They have a good command of online communication tools and they master the evaluation methods of applicants to ensure an effective pre-selection. They are thus able to detect the skills and assets required for a professional assignment. They can guide you in your search for candidates, the formalities and your actions to integrate the selected young person. They can also provide you with support to get a better grasp of the intercultural issues.
Pre-selected operational young people
Companies can welcome young people who have been prepared in advance to take up their position and who are aware of the values of the European Solidarity Corps. The pre-selected young people are chosen according to the profile your company is looking for. The employment advisers take care of this pre-selection process so that you can interview those with the most suitable profiles. If necessary, the young people receive a language training in the working language of your company either before they leave or when they first take up their position. The young people are ready to do the job you are offering them.
Pôle emploi, the French Public Employment Service, and its partners will check your eligibility to take part in the European Solidarity Corps and then identify and recruit candidates suited to your needs: help with writing and posting job, apprenticeship or traineeships offers, posting the offers across Europe, pre-selection and preparation of the candidates, help with the implementation of an integration programme for the recruited young person. Integration actions may include: assistance with administrative formalities, technical training, internal procedures, tutoring, language lessons, etc.
